Deleting your data
ATLAS is a social media management platform operated by Combat Waffle Studios, Inc.. This page explains how to delete data ATLAS holds about you, including anything it received from a connected Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or X account.
1. Disconnect a social account (immediate, self-service)
Sign in to ATLAS and open Social → Accounts, then press Disconnect on the network you want removed. This deletes the stored access token and the account details ATLAS kept for it — the account name shown on that screen — straight away. ATLAS holds no further data from that network once it is disconnected.
You can also revoke ATLAS's access from the platform's own settings (on Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites). Doing so stops ATLAS from posting immediately; disconnecting inside ATLAS as well removes the stored token.
2. Delete your whole account and workspace
Email support@combatwaffle.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm the request, delete the account and the workspace's content — posts, drafts, schedules, connected-account records and tokens — and confirm in writing. We complete these within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
If you are a member of a workspace someone else owns, that workspace's owner can remove you, or you can email us and we will.
3. What we keep, and for how long
After deletion we retain only what we are required to: security and audit logs recording that an action took place, and any records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting purposes. These are kept for no longer than necessary and are never used to rebuild a deleted account.
4. Platform data
ATLAS does not sell data obtained from connected platforms, does not share it with third parties, and does not combine it across customers. Each workspace's data is isolated from every other workspace's.
