Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Combat Waffle Studios ("Combat Waffle", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of ATLAS (the "Service"). By signing in to or using ATLAS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & authorized access

ATLAS is a private internal platform for authorized Combat Waffle Studios personnel and explicitly invited partners only. Access is granted at our discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time. You may use ATLAS only within the scope of access you have been granted.

2. Accounts & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials, and notify us immediately at the contact below if you suspect any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that pose a security risk.

3. Acceptable use

• Use ATLAS only for legitimate Combat Waffle Studios business and only for areas and data you are authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to access, probe, or scan the Service or its data without authorization; do not bypass or test security or authentication measures; and do not interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Do not introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
• Do not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful or that violates the terms or community guidelines of any connected platform (including Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok).

4. Connected accounts & publishing

When an authorized manager connects a third-party account, ATLAS acts on your behalf to provide the connected feature — for example, publishing content your team creates and approves to the accounts you connect, at the times you schedule. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's terms, policies, and applicable law. Your use of each connected platform is also subject to that platform's own terms.

5. Confidentiality

The Service and its contents include confidential and proprietary information of Combat Waffle Studios. You agree to keep such information confidential, to use it only for authorized business purposes, and not to disclose it to any unauthorized person.

6. Intellectual property

ATLAS, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Combat Waffle Studios and protected by applicable laws. Content you create in ATLAS remains owned by Combat Waffle Studios or its respective rights holders. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service as authorized.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Microsoft, and the social platforms you connect). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Combat Waffle Studios and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Combat Waffle Studios from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Combat Waffle Studios is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
